Our story began in 1990, in a small shop tucked away in Nehru Place, New Delhi. Founded by husband and wife Priyavrata Kumar Chawrasiya and Meenakshi Agarwal, we started out repairing printers with a simple goal: to offer honest, reliable service to every customer who walked through our door.

Over the years, we’ve grown into a trusted name for printers, printer parts, and repair services, serving homes, businesses, and offices with the same dedication we had on day one. Whether it’s a quick fix or sourcing a hard-to-find part, we’re known for getting it right.
